Fall Harvest Gathering

Let’s Gather!

“food contains the power of community building, friendship & creativity.”

As an athlete and nutritionist, I believe food is our nourishment and fuel, but I also believe it contains the power of community building, friendship and creativity. I have put together a few of my favorite nourishing recipes to help inspire you to gather and come together this fall.

Hydroflask makes fall gatherings extra easy with their Kitchen ware. I honestly love having durable plates and bowls, that are asesthetically pleasing yet hard to damage! You can even put leftovers away easier with the built in lids!

Take a look at some of my favorite products Here! My favorites are the “Insulated Totes” as well as the “Serving Bowls with Lids.” (makes clean-up and transport so easy.
