ATHLETE, TRAINER, AND NUTRITION GURU BASED IN BEND, OR
As a young athlete, I struggled with nutrition. I found I was constantly injured, tired, and worn down... so I would train harder and eat less in an attempt to continue to get faster.
I learned the hard way that this wasn’t the right answer, and poured my time and research into learning. I discovered how important nutrition is to our overall health and wellness. It’s what powers us up mountains, takes us to new heights, and brings community together.
I’m now here to share my story in hopes that no other athlete has to deal with these same issues. Ready to feel your best?
“Today is your day to start fresh, to eat right, to train hard, to live healthy, to be proud.”
